Corporate
Communication

Using a real-world news article, this project explores how organizations communicate with their employees during key moments of change. The assignment centers around identifying critical internal messaging needs and practicing how to deliver those messages through various formats: intranet articles, emails, and short-form texts. By simulating a corporate communication scenario, this project highlights the importance of clear, timely, and strategic communication from leadership to staff.

Summarizing the organization's intranet article, the email simulates a company-wide memo highlighting the federal return-to-office mandate, its impact on remote employees, and guidance for navigating upcoming changes with clarity and support.

The brief internal text is designed to quickly alert employees to a major policy change. It highlights employee concerns, demonstrating how concise messaging can drive awareness and engagement during sensitive organizational updates.

Intranet article, email, and text message are all based on a real-world news article; https://www.cnn.com/2025/01/23/business/trump-federal-workers-rto-mandate/index.html
